We are looking for a Supply Chain enthusiast to join the Italian branch of a multinational company in the AgriFood sector based in Milan.

This is why we are looking for a talented supply plain specialist to join this project!
Althoght the company is multinational, they have a start-up mentality. You will join a small dedicated team and you will be responsible for supply chain management and related tasks, from production planning to logistics and final distribution, providing customer service support.
YOUR MAIN MISSION: To plan, organise, manage and document transports as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, with optimal coordination between customers, suppliers and internal organisation.
More detailed functions:
- Organise and plan transport and/or coordinate with customers for products collection
- Make sure to comply with the required documentation and transport administration
- Review and update the transportation schedule, ensuring that products are delivered on time and that quality standards are met
- Review the production plan and make the necessary adjustments according to the supply forecast
- Process orders in the ERP system and ensure that you have the right amount of inventory on hand and inventory levels are monitored and not exceeded
- Coordinate with both suppliers and customers to ensure that everyone is aligned, informing them of any problems or issues that may arise
- Prepare weekly planning based on expected production and coordinate with sales. You will work closely also with the finance department to ensure that they can process orders and complete them in a timely manner.

Minimum requirements
- Education background (higher studies or degree) related to Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the AgriFood sector
- Deep knowledge of supply chain operations, production planning, logistics and distribution
- High level of Italian and English is required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. In general, good IT skills are required
- A flexible, adaptable and positive attitude, together with enthusiasm, dynamism and proactivity
- Used to work in team and in a fast-paced environment
