Finance & Admin Specialist

Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Administration specialist to join the Italian branch of a multinational company in the Food sector, with the office based in Milan.

If you have a deep passion for finance, accounting and administrative tasks, and you want to join a mission for sustainability and innovation, this is your opportunity. You will be responsible for the financial administration of the Italian office and related tasks.

More in details, your functions will include:

  • Carry out operational and administrative tasks such as purchase and sales invoices, bank statements, preparation of payments...
  • Credit collection
  • Be responsible for monthly closings, reporting to the Finance Direction in the headquarters
  • Be responsible for tax fulfilments such as monthly VAT returns
  • Participate in audit activities, direct contact with the auditors
  • Prepare the balance information for annual revision
  • Be responsible for adminsitrative HR-related tasks

Minimum requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • University Degree related to Economics, Accounting, Business Management...
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with an ERP system and good IT skills
  • Experience in international environments is a plus
  • Proficient level of both Italian and English, you will use both languages at work :)
  • To be accurate, good at communicating and collaborating with other departments, a team player, with positive attitude
