We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for an international company operating within a digital and service-oriented environment. This role will support the development of a customer service operation based in Valencia, working with multiple European markets in an international and collaborative setting.

The selected person will play an important role in the setup and growth of the customer service function, leading a multilingual team, supporting the definition of processes and KPIs, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience as the company continues to expand its operations.


Main Responsibilities

Set up, lead and develop a multilingual customer service team supporting European customers

Define and implement customer service processes, workflows and quality standards

Monitor and optimize performance through KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response times and service quality

Act as a key link between Customer Service, Product and Technical teams, ensuring customer feedback is translated into actionable improvements

Ensure consistency and excellence in customer support across different countries and markets

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools, automation and AI-driven solutions

Support the scaling of the customer service operation as the company expands

Minimum requirements

Requirements

Native or fluent French, with professional fluency in English

2+ years of experience managing or leading customer service or customer success teams in an international context

Experience in technology-driven, digital or fast-growing environments

Strong analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and performance metrics

Excellent people management and communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with product, technical and operational teams

Interest in technology and innovation applied to customer experience
