About the Opportunity
An international food business is looking for a commercially driven Country Sales Manager to lead its expansion across the Spanish market. This is a strategic role focused on developing new business, managing key accounts and driving sustainable growth within the Foodservice and Retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Spain.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across Foodservice and Retail channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers nationwide.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and product delivery.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to senior management.
Minimum requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of sales experience within the food industry.
- Strong background in Foodservice, Wholesale, Frozen Food or Grocery Retail.
- Proven success in opening new accounts and generating new business.
- Established network within the Spanish food market.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Spain.

- Experience selling frozen food products, poultry or related categories.
- Strong understanding of food distribution and wholesale channels.
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills.
- Autonomous and comfortable working in a remote environment.
