Our client, an organisation experiencing strong growth and working with advanced technological environments, is looking to incorporate a Compliance Manager into their team.
Your Role
- Carry out detailed reviews of transactional activity to identify irregular or high-risk behaviour.
- Evaluate alerts from monitoring systems, conducting investigations and determining the relevance of each case.
- Maintain accurate documentation of findings, ensuring full traceability for internal reviews or regulatory inspections.
- Assess customer information and verify that Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) documentation aligns with their profile.
- Prepare internal escalation reports and collaborate with senior compliance members on cases that may require regulatory notification.
- Participate in the optimisation of KYT controls, proposing improvements to detection logic and workflow efficiency.
- Assist during audit processes and support the collection of compliance-related documentation when requested.
- Keep up to date with new financial crime trends and emerging typologies linked to digital ecosystems.
Minimum requirements
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in roles related to AML, financial crime, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong command of EU compliance standards, including AML, KYC and GDPR requirements.
- Solid background in analysing complex data, identifying inconsistencies, and producing clear investigative assessments.
- Hands-on experience using compliance or transaction-monitoring platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to different teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential; Russian is a strong asset.
- Additional certifications such as CAMS or ICA will be considered positively.
