About the role
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a technology company specializing in the development of software solutions for banks and neo-banking institutions within the digital financial services sector.
The CFO will be responsible for leading the company’s global financial strategy, overseeing control processes, treasury, and financial planning, and reporting directly to the international executive board.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning and management at a group level.
• Supervise budgets, forecasts, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Design internal control policies and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate audits and manage relationships with tax and financial advisors.
• Support strategic decisions related to expansion and investment.
• Lead and develop the finance team (accounting, treasury, reporting).
• Collaborate with senior management in global strategic planning.
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements
• More than 10 years of experience in senior financial positions, including at least 5 as CFO or Finance Director.
• Experience in technology, fintech, or international financial services companies.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, control, and reporting.
• Experience in treasury management, internal control, and financial compliance.
• High level of English (fluency in Russian is a strong plus).
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
